All orders are shipped via UPS, DHL, or USPS. Orders will ship out within 1-5 business days. Your tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment. Shipments may require a signature upon receipt due to value. If this is an issue, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org BEFORE placing your order. Requesting to remove this signature requirement is at the customer's risk. Overnight and 2-day orders may take 24 hrs to process. Should you need your order to rush ship immediately, please contact email@example.com BEFORE placing your order to confirm if this is doable.
HVN is not responsible for packages that have been lost or mis-delivered in the care of USPS, UPS, or DHL. Once your package is in the hands of the mail carrier, all delivery issues must be taken up with the post office, UPS, or DHL using your tracking information. Please do not contact HVN with delivery questions as we are unable to access that information once the order has left our facility. Please keep this in mind when purchasing and when selecting a secure delivery address.
If delivery of your shipment is attempted at your address and failed because you are not home to sign, your package may be rerouted to a UPS or USPS center for customer pickup. It is the customer's responsibility to track their shipment and monitor their package's pickup location should delivery be attempted and failed. Please note there is a limited window for pickup from a UPS or USPS facility before the package is forfeited. We are unable to redirect packages to a new address once shipped. If you are no longer at your chosen address to receive your package, HVN cannot assist and is not liable. Any address changes must be taken up with the shipping carrier directly.
