Please review our return policy as it may be different from other retailers' and exceptions cannot be made.
*Items marked FINAL SALE on the product page are not eligible for returns. We cannot create return labels for FINAL SALE items and there are no exceptions. Please note FINAL SALE will be marked on the product page itself and not at checkout or on the order confirmation. Please check the product page to confirm if an item is FINAL SALE.
*Our return policy remains the same during the holiday season without exceptions.
We want you to be sure about your purchase, so if for some reason you want to return your item(s), please email info@hvnlabel.com within 7 days of receipt with your return request and order number. If notice is received within this 7 day window, you will receive a return label for your package via email. This return label is valid for 5 business days. Please do not forget to ship your return during these 5 business days, otherwise you forfeit the right to return your item(s).
Once the return is received and quality checked, you will receive a refund for the garment(s). All shipping costs will be deducted from this refund - the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items returned without contacting our team and/or outside of the return window will be forfeited or returned to the customer at their expense.
Items must be returned new, unused, and with all HVN tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, worn, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Please also note you will need a printer to print out your return label. Please consider this when placing your order. Please ask UPS/USPS for a receipt when dropping off your return for proof of return.

HVN reserves the right to refuse and cancel orders. If fraudulent shopping behavior occurs, including but not limited to 'wardrobing', legal action will be taken.

We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, you may return it in line with the policy below.
EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason and without needing to provide justification.

Your request must be submitted within the 14-day period. Once your withdrawal is received, we will confirm your request and provide return instructions.
Refunds (EU Orders)
If you withdraw from your purchase:
- We will refund the cost of the items returned
- We will also refund standard shipping costs (if applicable)

Refunds are issued once returned items are received and passed quality inspection, or upon confirmation of return shipment, whichever occurs first, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.

EU customers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. Returns should be sent without undue delay and no later than 14 days after submitting your withdrawal request.
Return Shipping (EU Orders)
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, you are responsible for return shipping costs when exercising your right of withdrawal. Once your withdrawal request has been received, we will promptly provide return instructions, including the returns address.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
For All Other International Shipments outside of the EU - No International Returns
Due to customs charges, we unfortunately cannot accept international returns outside of the EU at this time. All orders shipping outside of the USA or the EU are considered FINAL SALE. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
Customs, Duties & Taxes on International Shipments
For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country.
We do not calculate or collect these charges at checkout, and we are unable to estimate the amount that may be due upon delivery, as these are determined by local authorities.
We are unable to mark orders as “gifts” or declare them as having “no commercial value” under any circumstances.
Customs policies vary by country, and any delays or additional charges imposed by customs authorities are outside of our control.
For questions regarding potential fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority.
